How to Find the Olmsted Linear Park 

Directions

Druid Hills and the Olmsted Linear Park lie several miles northeast of downtown Atlanta. Institutions within a three-mile radius of the park include the Fernbank Museum of Natural History, Emory University, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Carter Presidential Center.

From I-20: Take the Moreland Ave. (North) exit. Turning left onto Moreland Avenue, drive 2 miles north to the intersection with Ponce de Leon Avenue. The Olmsted Linear Park begins on the right.

From I-75-85: Take the Freedom Parkway/Carter Center exit. Follow the parkway 2.2 miles (past the Carter Presidential Center on the left) to the intersection with Moreland Avenue. Turn left onto Moreland and drive .2 mile to the intersection with Ponce de Leon Avenue. The Olmsted Linear Park begins on the right.
