2023 Special Event Annual Host
Join the 2023 Special Event Host Committee.
Every year, a core group of dedicated people commit to serve as Host committee members, attend the annual gala, bring additional guests, and assist in raising funds for our historic Olmsted Linear Park.
This year the OLPA board and staff have put together a handful of smaller events for donors to continue their engagement and help OLPA fulfill its mission of enhancing and preserving our park. Serving on the Host committee is a great way to deepen your connection with Olmsted Linear Park and ensure the success of OLPA’s fundraising efforts.

2023 OLPA Host Levels
An annual partnership throughout 2023
$10,000 – Mighty Oak: Please join our top host level of support for OLPA and the Linear Park
• Recognition as a Mighty Oak Host in all 2023 OLPA marketing collateral, including the OLPA Annual Report, on the website, any newsletters, and event signage.
• Maple Level Host of 2024 Gala ($1000 Value; or credit toward a higher Host Level).
• Verbal Recognition at fundraising events throughout the year – Green & White Party, Patron Progressive Dinner
• Tickets to the following events:
1. Green & White Host Party (June 10) – 4 tickets
2. Patron Progressive Dinner (September 9) – $2000 level – 4 tickets
3. 2024 Gala (March 15) – 4 tickets
$5,000 – Tulip Poplar:
• Recognition as a Tulip Poplar Host in all 2023 OLPA marketing collateral, including the OLPA Annual Report, on the website, any newsletters, and event signage.
• Dogwood Level Host of 2024 Gala ($500 Value; or credit toward a higher Host Level).
• Tickets to the following events:
1. Green & White Host Party (June 10) – 2 Tickets
2. Patron Progressive Dinner (September 9) – $1000 level – 2 Tickets
3. 2024 Gala (March 15) – 4 tickets
$1,500 - Maple:
• Recognition as a Maple Host in all 2023 OLPA marketing collateral, including the OLPA Annual Report, on the website, any newsletters, and event signage.
